How Can severe Pelvic Bone Pain Be Treated?

I have poor urine flow yet I get a big urge to go at times. each time I urinate it is dark yellow or amber sometimes. I get stinging when I urinate and bone pain in my pelvis and Collar bone triggers almost straight after peeing Had a PSA which was Ok and a DRE which was OK. Also had scan for kidney and bladder also fine. Was also pre diabetes but soon after I have gone under the level. I feel fatigued after both types of toilet stops. Any ideas of what it could be and what tests I should ask for at the doctors.

Hello,

As a first line management, you can take analgesics like paracetamol or aceclofenac for pain relief.

If symptoms persist better to consult an orthopedician and get evaluated.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain,
